Hmm... I just posted 3 icons for this challenge. If I use the extension time to make 1 or 2 more icons, should I add them to my current post or make a new post? Thanks! :D

No, you don't need to delete your post, it's fine to edit it. Everyone is always allowed to edit their posts and add, change or remove icons until the challenge is closed. I don't collect the links until the end. You're welcome. :-)
