The new theme is...
Neptunian

For this challenge icons should be inspired by the mysterious Neptunian realm and all things oceanic and aquatic!
Create icons of crashing coastal waves, humongous humpbacks, magical merfolk, plucky pirates,
dangerous denizens of the darkest deep, sailing ships, and salt-sprayed & sandy seashore scenes.
You can also use the theme as artistic inspiration for decorations of any non-maritime related
fandom icons (for examples of this, see the last three icons below).

Question: Would using caps from a certain Marvel trailer that debuted during Comic-Con last month be considered too spoilery?

To me, no. I don't consider official trailers or official publicity images or promo stills to be spoilers. I'm out of the loop. Which trailer? Aquaman 2? I didn't see it yet but, sure go for it. :)

Oh, neat, I never heard of Namor the Submariner. I'll watch the trailer later. I like learning about these kinds of things as an adult. LOL
