This uses the background straight from the original, but I've done that before in another Scream icon, so I wanted to do a more handpainted one this time.

Wait, I don't get it at all, which one? 😄
But, if you were worried art is too vague a word than you could use the word anxiety.

Oh, I hope that "Art" is okay!

The last time I did an alphabet set, I used An Yuexi as A, but I wasn't in the mood this time, and I wanted to see how far I could push the painted look... so. "Art" happened. :)

Yes. I admit it's obfuscated by the fact that A also features a cdrama actor, like all the others. :D

I guess I could have taken anything as A, it's not a complicated letter (as opposed to X,Y,and Z :)), but I just wanted to stick with the painted theme, so it seemed to fit.

That's fine, any words were/are fine with me, I just got caught up trying to solve the puzzle of which one was different and how, and I took your comment to mean you had wanted them to be more different or more the same. I don't know, I think I've been awake too long. A is for awake. 😄

Crossing from the end of the alphabet back to the beginning again, I like it!

You've really captured that "paintbrush" look you were going for, I feel like. I especially love how it's come out on that first icon, but every time I've revisited this post I feel as though I've liked all of them more and more! The Scream icon is just brilliant, hahaha, such a fun idea!
