(°~°) Oh! Okay, now I get it. I assumed with ties for the first 2 places, the 3rd place would be eliminated (since more than 3 icons already placed).

Now you've convinced me that dropping second place & going to third instead is illogical, so I didn't want to drop any. I didn't realize there were so many ties or I would've waited for more voters. But it's all right. More winners = more fun. :)
