Aliens & Robots

We had so much fun with fairy tales, now it's time for some sci-fi!
For this challenge your icons should feature any extraterrestrial aliens or and/or robots.

Note:
Robots for this challenge refers to all robots, androids, Droids, Cylons & all synthetic people characters whether they originated on Earth or other planets in the stories.
Aliens for this challenge refers to characters from other planets whether they look similar to humans or not.
Humans (homo sapiens) can be included on the icons if a robot or extraterrestrial character is also shown.


Info & Rules

>> Create up to up to FIVE icons based on the theme and/or screen caps.
>> You may use any fandoms - TV, cinema, comics, video games, music videos, stock illustrations/art bands, actors, fashion, or stock photography (nature, food, and so on).
>> Icons are 100x100px, 60kb or less.
>> Icons entered must be new for the challenges, and made by you.
>> Please post your icons as a new post to iconthat.
>> Tag posts with your username & challenge numbers if you can.
>> Have fun!
