Challenge 101: Rainbow Pass it On

This weeks theme/prompt is : Rainbow Pass-it-on

We haven't done this in a wee while, but in this challenge, each icon submitted should follow the pattern of R-O-Y-G-B-I-V. So one person might post a red icon, the next icon that should be posted is orange and so, on so forth. While it might be difficult to be sure you get in at the right time, the colour for the icon you've created will come around again. You can make as many as you like for this challenge, and it will run for three weeks instead of two.

The colours are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo & Violet. For those that aren't sure, indigo has more blue than red, and violet has more red than blue.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you for this fun challenge. I got me to make a consistent and pretty set (not to mention thematically fitting, as the Senshi have assigned colors) from caps that I thought I'd only icon one distant day. I can't wait to post the rest of this set to the challenge. ^__^

I have a few questions:

1. What's the timezone for the deadline?
2. If no one has posted in a while, would it be okay for me to post an icon even if the previous post is from me? And if so, how long should that interval be?
3. At the end of this challenge will there be a humongous poll to vote for the best of each color? The idea amuses me.

1. usually around NY time, which is midday sunday for me. But the challenge might run a little longer if i'm not around - i'll post sometime after that point when i start getting voting sorted that the challenge is over.
2. Yeah, that's fine - i'd probably give it a good 2 hours, or so, just to be sure but since it's the last day i'm not going to be too picky.
3. I'm not sure how i'll do voting yet, i'll see how many we have!
