Do you need pointers? The Guardian fandom on DW is amazing! Sooo many great people, so many great meta discussions, and more and more icons, too.

(If you're currently watching the first ten eps, have you seen that the Guardian icon battle for the first ten eps is still running until April 8? Ten icons, one per episode.)

Oh, cool! If you need an extension, I'd happily grant you one. (Although if you watched 7 eps in two days, I guess you'll be way past ep ten before the deadline. :D)

It's an easy battle, literally the only rule is to make one icon per episode, and you can sign up for parts of it (part 1 is eps 1-10).

The fandom doesn't have many iconmakers (or didn't, anyway), so for at least half the participants, it was their first battle. So I made the rules very clear in the battle post.
