The new theme is...
Windows & Doors

This challenge we can create icons with windows and/or doors shown in the scene. Mostly this will require showing people in or outside buildings, houses, huts etc. Empty scenery is allowed, too. Door ways and portals of any kind are included, for example, sci-fi & fantasy space-time gates or dimensional portals, even if they are not building structures (as long as the door or window is visible).

Admin note: I've had this theme in mind for a long time, it's similar to challenge 144, in that it's oddly specific.
Also, it comes with a terrible poem for inspiration.
Behind the cut, are twenty-four icons for inspirations & examples.

❇️ Create up to five (5) icons based on the given theme/prompt/topic.
❇️ You may use any fandoms: TV series, movies, comics, video games, actors or celebs from music, sports or fashion.
Stock photography or illustration (no fandom) is also allowed.
▪️ Please, no real-world politics or religion topics.
▪️ Please, no NSFW/18+ or mature content in entry icon images.
▪️ Please see the profile for updated rules about kinds of animated icons & AI art icons allowed.
✳️ Icons are 100x100px, 60kb or less. Icons be still/static or animated.
✅ Icons should be all new, made by you for iconthat & not previously posted elsewhere for any other challenges or blogs.
✴️ Please post your icons as a new post to the community. If you can, please add the challenge tag to your post.
📋 Icons entered for the challenge should follow the community's rules, and fit the given prompts, or they may be disqualified at the moderator's determination.

Windows and Doors

There's a window, there's a door.
Do I need to say much more?
Is there knocking? Are there bells?
A stranger staring, casting spells?
Perhaps a dog? Perhaps a cat?
Perhaps the sky? Perhaps a pie?
Perhaps a pumpkin, in a hat?
Any portal, frame or pane,
To run away, to watch the rain.
At your window, at your door,
Squawks a raven,
"Nevermore!"
